Circulation cleaning booths and automatic systems are used primary to wash the ink from the screen after printing. Proper cleaning of ink residues and the use of appropriate cleaning chemicals is critical not only for the preservation of the stencil for reuse, but also for subsequent removing of the stencil.
The KASI CB circulation cleaning booth consists of a box for placing a dirty frame, circulation drum with cleaning chemicals and a pump. The ink cleaning itself is ralized using a brush connected to the cleaning chemical hose.
The principle of circulation of cleaning chemicals reduces costs and contributes to creating a healthier working environment due to its low evaporation intensity.
We offer also a fully automatic and programmable screen cleaning systems from M&R and ZENTNER Systems GmbH allowing also a subsequent removing of the stencil.
