The wash out booths are used for wet processing of screens, whether it is mesh degreasing, washing out after exposure, stencil removing after printing, or haze removing.
The KASI WB wash out booths are defaultly mounted on a stand, which makes the frame manipulation more comfortable. The raised back of the box, along with the sidewalls, prevents water from contaminating the booth surroundings. In addition, the translucent rear wall equipped with the light (white and/or yellow) makes working in the booth easier. The yellow light allows safe working during the washing out the screen, since the areas of the uncured light sensitive emulsion are present on the screen.
We offer also a fully programmable wash out systems from M&R and ZENTNER Systems GmbH, enabling automatic screen washig out after exposure.
