In the case you do not have equipment for your own screen exposure, we are here to make the whole stencil preparation process for you and not only in combination with newly stretched mesh. We offer also a possibility of old stencil removing and reuse of the already stretched mesh for the new stencil preparation.
The screen expose is realized using modern LED exposing unit Starlight from M&R or with a metal halide lamp equipped, high-performance exposing unit from Technigraf. The maximum frame size is up to 5000 x 2000 mm. Larger formats are made based on the individual customer request.
We are working with high-quality FOTECO copying layers. The type of color used (solvent-based, water-based or plastisols) should be specified for the correct selection of the copying layer.
We can also prepare a special 3D stencils based on the customer request.
To replace an old stencil after printing for new one, just clean properly the ink from the screen and let us take care of everything else. In the case of damaged mesh, we will remove it and stretch a new SEFAR mesh.
